| IL9R基因编码白细胞介素-9受体（IL-9R），是一种I型细胞因子受体，特异性介导IL-9的生物学效应。功能性IL-9受体复合体由IL-9Rα链（CD129）与IL-2受体γ链（γc）共同组成，后者也是IL-2、IL-4、IL-7、IL-15等细胞因子受体共用的亚基。配体结合后，该受体激活JAK1/JAK3激酶和STAT1/3/5等信号通路，参与调控T细胞增殖、肥大细胞活化及IgE生成。该基因定位于X和Y染色体的拟常染色体区，在哮喘、过敏性炎症及非小细胞肺癌等疾病中受到关注。 | |
